"I’ve tried a few things from Thrive Causemetics..."
I’ve tried a few things from Thrive Causemetics and overall, they’re decent. The site is easy to browse, which I liked, and I went in already thinking the brand seemed nice, so the good products kind of confirmed what I expected.
That said, the selection still felt a bit limited to me. I was looking around for more shades and maybe a few different product options, but some categories just didn’t have much to choose from, which was a little disappointing.
I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place to shop at all. I’d probably come back if I already knew they had the exact thing I wanted, but I wouldn’t really browse there expecting a huge variety

"Gentle on my sensitive eyes"
My eyes water with almost every eye product, so I was surprised that the mascara and liner didn’t bother me. No itching or irritated skin either, which is a big win. The only downside is that I wish the wear time was a little better, but overall I’m really happy with it and would buy again.

"I was in a good mood when..."
I was in a good mood when I checked out, and thankfully the whole payment process didn’t ruin it. Checkout was simple, my card worked on the first try, and the billing email showed up right away. No random extra charges or anything weird, so overall it was a really smooth experience.

"Still fresh weeks later"
I opened this mascara a few weeks ago and it still feels surprisingly fresh, not dried out or clumpy or anything weird. I’m really happy with it so far. it’s just mascara, so I wasn’t expecting much, but yeah, no complaints from me.

"Great brush, but the applicator could be smoother!!"
I really like the brush itself—it works great and gets the job done!! The applicator just feels a little clunky to use, so I wish it glided a bit more smoothly.

"Pretty at First, But Didn’t Last"
I really wanted to like this mascara, actually, I thought I was going to at first. It looked nice when I put it on in the morning, but by lunchtime I had little flakes under my eyes. For the price, I just expected it to hold up better. Maybe it works great for other people, but on my lashes it didn’t make it through a regular workday

"Looks nice, but not the easiest to remove"
It looks good on, no complaints there, but taking it off is a bit more work than I thought it would be. I have to rub and rub a little more to get it off, which isn’t awful, just kind of annoying when it’s late and I’m tired. Fine overall, just wish it came off easier.

"Good packaging, but I was a little skeptical at first"
My order showed up packed really well, which surprised me a bit because I was half expecting something to be dented or messy. The tubes feel sturdy and they’re easy to use, even when I’m rushing around. I kept looking for some annoying catch or design flaw, but it’s straightforward. Nothing fancy, just solid packaging that does what it’s supposed to do.

I’d probably give this 4 stars mainly because it’s just really easy to use. It goes on smoothly, and I don’t have to sit there picking out clumps, or actually, fixing clumps, which is a huge plus when I’m trying to get ready fast in the morning.
The only small thing is that it takes a little fiddling to get the right amount on the wand, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, it’s simple, quick, and I like that it doesn’t leave a mess behind

"Really Helpful Support"
I had an issue with my order and I was expecting it to be a whole frustrating thing, but support got back to me fast, fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, and the person I talked to was genuinely nice the whole time so it ended up being way easier than I thought.

"Really happy with this mascara"
I picked up this tubing mascara after seeing a bunch of people mention it, and yeah, I totally get the hype. It makes my lashes look longer without turning clumpy, and it actually stays put instead of smudging under my eyes halfway through the day. I also love that it comes off with warm water because I hate fighting with mascara at night. It is a little pricey, but it works well enough that I’d buy it again

I actually wanted to like Thrive Causemetics more than I did. Some of the makeup is nice enough, but the prices felt a little high for what I got. The mascara was okay, not bad or anything, but I’ve used cheaper ones that worked about the same on me. Once shipping and the total cost were added in, it just felt even less worth it. I do appreciate the brand’s mission, actually, but as a regular customer I still need the products to feel worth the money. I’m not sure I’d order again.

"The restock alert actually came through"
I’ve ordered from Thrive Causemetics a couple times now, and one thing I appreciate is that they’re upfront when something’s out of stock.
The mascara I wanted wasn’t available, so I signed up for the restock notification and didn’t think much of it. But a few days later, I actually got the email, which was a nice surprise.
Once it was back, checkout was simple and shipping went smoothly. Just feels good when a site keeps things updated instead of leaving you guessing...

"Good mascara, but the subscription feels frustrating"
I do like the mascara, and the auto-replenish can be convenient when I actually remember it’s set up. The prices are easy to understand, and shipping has been mostly fine for me, so I don’t really have complaints about the products themselves.
What bothered me was trying to change the date or skip an order. It felt like I was clicking around in circles, and I almost ended up with another shipment I didn’t need. I also got the feeling that the system wasn’t really set up to listen to what I was trying to do, which was annoying. Not a terrible experience, but I wish managing the subscription felt a lot simpler.

"Nice vegan options, but I’m still on the fence"
I like that they have cruelty-free options, and the vegan stuff definitely caught my eye. I kept noticing little things, like how the labels were laid out and which items had the clearer ingredient lists, which I appreciated. That said, the prices felt a bit high for what you get, so I’m not totally sure I’d make it a regular thing.

"Easy Tracking!!!"
It showed up a day later than expected, but the tracking was super easy to follow the whole time!!! Not a huge deal, just glad I could see where it was!!!

"Just the right amount of messages"
I actually appreciate that they don’t spam me with emails or texts. It’s just enough to hear about sales and updates without feeling like my phone is getting blown up. I asked support about notification options once, and they basically said, “we try to keep it helpful, not annoying,” which feels true so far.
